In order to provide a professional service, we need to gather and retain information about you.

This information will only be used in the creative process placing orders and for invoicing purposes and may be gathered by telephone, email and occasionally via our website.

The information we hold is:
Identity data – includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title, job title and date.
Contact data – includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
Usage Data includes information about how you use The Clarion Portfolio Limited’s Services or submit an enquiry or query through the website.

We will not share your information with anyone else, unless required for supplier deliveries or for legal process, without explaining why it is necessary and receiving your consent.

We will not knowingly collect any personal data from persons under the age of 16 and will immediately delete any such data subsequently determined.

We will keep your information for as long as you are a client or supplier and for a further 7 years for accounting records only.
